Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey to gather self-feedback and input from up to seven other individuals, providing insight into their current influence behaviours. These responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report is linked to the Influencing Behaviour Model utilised in the programme and is revisited during the course.
