The first part of the course introduces you to Copilot for Microsoft 365, exploring how it can be used across various Microsoft 365 apps. It covers best practices for using Copilot, crafting effective prompts, and extending its functionality.

Boost your team's performance with Microsoft 365 Copilot Use Cases

The second part of this training content forms the core of this course. Students engage in a series of hands-on exercises covering seven Use Cases - Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. These exercises focus on leveraging Copilot within various Microsoft 365 apps (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more) to accomplish common business tasks associated with each Use Case.
