Participants will examine Microsoft-provided agents, such as the Researcher and Analyst, gain insight into how AI agents function in a business environment, and learn to design and utilise personal agents using structured prompts and workflows in Copilot.

The second part of this training content forms the core of this course. Students engage in a series of hands-on exercises covering seven Use Cases - Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. These exercises focus on leveraging Copilot within various Microsoft 365 apps (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more) to accomplish common business tasks associated with each Use Case.
