Day 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 42001 and initiating the AIMS implementation process

Day 5: Certification examination

Exam
The “PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer” examination fulfills all requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP). It assesses competency across the following domains:
Domain 1: Core principles and concepts of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS)
Domain 2: AIMS requirements
Domain 3: Planning an AIMS implementation in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 4: Implementing an AIMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 5: Monitoring and measuring an AIMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 6: Continuous improvement and readiness for AIMS certification audits
Available Credentials and Requirements
Following the exam, you may apply for one of the following credentials based on your professional background and project experience. Certification is granted upon meeting all requirements for the selected tier, including the signing of the PECB Code of Ethics.

2. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Implementer

AIMS Project Experience: At least 200 hours of project activities

3. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer

Professional Experience: Five years of total experience, with at least two years focused on artificial intelligence

AIMS Project Experience: At least 300 hours of project activities

4. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Senior Lead Implementer

Exam Requirement: PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer exam or equivalent

Professional Experience: Ten years of total experience, with at least seven years focused on artificial intelligence

AIMS Project Experience: At least 1,000 hours of project activities

- Both certification and examination fees are included in the course price.

- A completion certificate worth 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits is issued to those who attend the full course.
- Candidates who have completed the training but did not pass the exam may retake it free of charge once within 12 months of the initial attempt.
