A key focus of the course is comprehending the team’s function within the ART, along with strategies for collaborating, planning, executing, and driving continuous improvement alongside peers.

The curriculum equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level activities, with a strong emphasis on preparing for PI Planning sessions. Finishing this course also readies participants for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
