The curriculum covers JIRA projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, boards (Kanban & Scrum), planning and dependencies, the integration between Jira and Confluence, reporting, key fields versus custom fields, issue types, screens, and filtering techniques.

This two-day training is tailored to assist teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) in performing optimally in an Agile setting by utilizing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain insights into functioning as part of an Agile team, handling backlog creation and management, and effectively planning and executing iterations. A key focus of the course is comprehending the team’s function within the ART, along with strategies for collaborating, planning, executing, and driving continuous improvement alongside peers.

The curriculum equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level activities, with a strong emphasis on preparing for PI Planning sessions. Finishing this course also readies participants for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
